"I had to follow up a few times…"
I had to follow up a few times about my exchange, which got a bit frustrating. I kept noticing the same pattern where I’d wait, not hear much, then have to chase again. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, but the whole process felt slower than it should have and wasn’t the best experience.

"Easy to use, but felt a bit overpriced"
The site was easy to navigate, so no real complaints there. But the prices felt a little high for what I ended up getting. Maybe I missed something or didn’t pick the best option, but it just didn’t feel totally worth the cost to me. I don’t mind spending more when it feels justified, but this time it didn’t really land that way. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there’s a good sale or the prices come down a bit.

"Fast Delivery Stood Out"
The main thing I noticed was how fast the delivery was. I wasn’t really paying much attention to anything else, but the package showed up quicker than I expected, so that definitely stood out to me

I was pleased to find they actually had the items in stock, especially after checking a few other places that were sold out. Ordering was quick and straightforward, with none of the usual hassle. Compared to some other sites, it just felt easier. I’d definitely use them again

"Nice look, but more hassle than expected"
They look really nice at first, but washing them has been kind of annoying. Some came out totally fine, but one started fading faster than I expected, so now I feel like I have to baby them in the laundry, which is just extra work I didn’t want. They’re not terrible, just not quite the quality I was hoping for at this price...

"Cute site, but I totally lost patience"
The site looks really cute at first, and I wanted to like it so much. But the pages were loading so slowly it felt like I was aging in real time, and the filters were driving me absolutely up the wall. Every time I went back, I’d lose my place, which was way more frustrating than it needed to be. After a while, I just gave up because I could not take it anymore...

"Comfy, but took longer than I hoped"
It’s really comfy now, but I was a little disappointed at first because it took a while to settle in. Once it did, it felt great, I just wish it had been that comfortable right away.

So, everything I ordered did show up correctly, which was great, but yeah, the packaging was, like, a bit squashed when it arrived. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything since the items were fine, but just kind of noticeable.

"Messy site that made browsing feel like work"
I didn’t enjoy using the site. The whole style feels kind of messy and inconsistent, and some pages look like they haven’t been updated in years. The colors and layout just didn’t really work for me, and instead of making things easy to browse, it felt like they made it my problem to figure out where to go and what to look at. I got frustrated quickly and ended up leaving.

I ordered from noughtsandkisses.co and the parcel arrived on time with no real hassle, which is always a relief. The tracking was decent too, although I did feel like the updates were a bit slow at times, maybe that’s normal? Overall though, delivery was reliable and I didn’t have any major issues.

"Looked just like the photos"
I was expecting the colours to be a bit off compared to the pictures online, since that happens so often, but they were actually really accurate. It made matching everything with the room so much easier than I thought it would be. Delivery was straightforward too, so overall I’m really happy with the order and would definitely buy again.

"Box showed up looking like garbage"
The box arrived totally crushed, like some genius decided to use it as a stepping stool. Thankfully the items inside were okay, but the whole thing looked super careless and sloppy. Not exactly a great first impression.

"Soft and Comfy Fabric"
Fabric feels really soft and comfy on skin, not scratchy at all. It has nice bit of stretch too, which I liked. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it felt little thinner than I expected, but I’m still happy with it overall.

I ordered from noughtsandkisses.co.uk and when it arrived I did think it looked really cute, like right away. Delivery was fine and the packaging was all okay too, no problems there. But after wearing it a few times, I started noticing some marks on it, and the finish just kind of feels like it isn’t going to stay nice for ages, if that makes sense. It’s not awful or anything, I still like it, but for the price I was expecting it to hold up a bit more better

"Slow Return and Poor Communication"
The return process took way longer than it should have, and getting a reply felt like waiting forever. I get that things can be busy, but it doesn’t feel right to leave customers hanging like that when they’re just trying to sort out a basic return. Not a great experience.
